Reserve duty free online and collect it on the way to the gate.
Reserve and collect
You can order from 30 days before you fly until 3 hours before your flight. There is no charge to reserve. You pay when you collect.
How it works
- Choose your items and enter your flight number and date.
- We set your order aside, packed and labelled.
- After security, show your boarding pass at the Reserve and Collect desk inside Meridian Duty Free.
- Pay and take your bag to the gate.
If your plans change, do nothing. We put unclaimed orders back on the shelves after 24 hours.
What you can reserve
Perfume, beauty, spirits, wine, chocolate and sunglasses. You cannot reserve tobacco.

Duty free allowances
What you can buy without paying tax depends on where you are flying. Staff will check your boarding pass at the till and tell you what applies. If you are flying to the European Union, liquids bought in duty free are sealed in a security bag. Do not open it until you reach your destination.
Liquids from duty free
Liquids bought after security can go in your hand luggage, whatever the size. If you have a connecting flight, keep them in the sealed bag with the receipt inside, or they may be taken at your next security check.
Returns
Keep your receipt. You can return unopened items within 28 days by post. Call 0121 496 0123 or email hello@meridianairport.example and we will send you a returns label.
